You Pick the Place - We serve your guests!
We can offer up to 9 different beers and ciders on tap to your guests - served by the brewer and cider maker. We love our craft and enjoy sharing it. All of our equipment is mobile, so we can serve indoors or outdoors. We take care of it all!
How Does It Work?
Rocket Dog Beer & Cider is an ABC Licensed Manufacturer (Limited Brewery and Winery), so we can serve the products we make at your event.
If we are serving at a public venue we will need to get a banquet license from VA ABC, but if it is a private residence we are licensed to serve our product without a special license.
If you want us to serve other alcoholic beverages - for example wine other than what we manufacture, or a signature cocktail, we can do that, but you will need to purchase those and supply them to us to meet VA ABC regulations.
What Do We Charge?
We are a small customer service oriented business. We want to make your event special and are flexible to make it fit within your budget. We try to keep things simple and affordable based on what you need. Our pricing model has 4 components:
Transportation and Set-up Fee - This will vary depending on the number of products served and the distance we have to travel to get there. In most cases is will be $150 to $250.
Beer & Cider Servings - We believe in our products and only charge you for the beverages we pour. You can place a limit up front, or settle up at the end of the event.
Guaranteed Minimum - We aren't charging you for our time - but ask for a minimum commitment of servings based on the time we are there. We have a 2 hour minimum and a minimum commitment of $350 worth of product served per hour.
Additional Services - If we are serving wine or cocktails in addition to our beer & cider there will be a service fee for this depending on what services are offered.
