Our Story

I brewed my first batch of beer with a friend in his kitchen over 30 years ago and fell in love with everything about the process - the science, the history, creativity and of course sharing my creations with friends.

While brewing started as a hobby, my passion for creating craft beverages grew over time as I studied and experimented, took classes and attended seminars.

My wife Dana saw my passion from the start, and wanted to join in, but it wasn't until we moved to our new house that she found her niche. We have some fruit trees on our property and she discovered her talent as a cider maker.

We love sharing our passion for craft beverages and our product with our friends so much that we wanted to go beyond that and make them available to fellow lovers of craft beer and cider, so we came up with our new business model.

We will never be big - that isn't our goal. Our system capacity is 1 barrel (31.5 gallons) every batch of beer or cider is special. Our goal is to share it with you!
